Numerous medical conditions and problems are either caused by or worsened by emotional factors and lifestyle choices. For example, stress and depression can lead to insomnia, increased pain, appetite and weight changes, or increased alcohol or substance use.
Dr. Bone works with clients to develop and implement healthier lifestyle choices, learn relaxation and stress reduction techniques, improve coping skills, adjust to medical issues, prepare for surgery, and adhere to treatment programs.
